We have survived the big depression of the 21stcentury and came out the other side more efficient in our services. Our survey crews use the newest Robotic instruments and the latest data collectors which enables us to decrease the time spent on site and improve accuracy. This produces a faster, more precise project at a lower cost to the client.
Our team of Land Surveyors has over 40 years experience in residential subdivision development, ALAT boundaries and topographical surveys as well as construction stake out. In our files we have more than 2000 recorded plats of residential and commercial subdivision.
Over the last two years we have completed commercial subdivisions in the city of Fultondale and in the city of Irondale and residential subdivisions in Shelby County, Jefferson County, and Coosa County. Also more ALTA surveys, boundaries and home mortgage loan surveys than we can count.
At Surveying Solutions, Inc. our motto is: “We are the solution to all your Surveying needs”. We have two licensed Land Surveyors. With the equipment and man power we have, if you call one day we can start the next day.
Carl Daniel Moore
Owner/President
Danny is a registered licensed land surveyor, Alabama State Registration Number 12159. He has 43 years experience in both land surveying and residential development with both governmental and private agencies. His survey work with Jefferson and Shelby counties involved with work for the design and construction of both streets and sewers and condemnation of rights of way. He has years of experience in the private sector since 1975 and has worked on numerous residential subdivisions, apartment projects, industrial sites and sewer systems. He has been a partner with Bryson Weygand since 1977 and became sole owner in 2001 changing the name to Surveying Solutions, Inc.
Danny and his wife Linda have permanent custody and are raising two of their five grandchildren. They are all into Deer hunting, college football, Deer hunting, fishing, Deer hunting, mud riding, and Deer hunting. Brooke Allen, their 14 year old, killer her first deer ( a 7 point) last year.
David B. Entrekin
Vice President/PLS (Professional Land Surveyor)
David is a registered licensed land surveyor, Alabama State Registration Number 30345. He has been in the land surveying business since 1991 and with Surveying Solutions, Inc. since 2001. Current responsibilities include researching ownership and deeds on properties to be surveyed, preparing jobs for field crews, calculations for construction stakeout and writing legal descriptions: Calculate and draw Foundation Surveys, Mortgage Loan Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Sanitary Sewer As-built, Record Maps and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys.
David loves family (wife Cindy and one son), college football, and deer hunting in that order.
